Tell us about your situation
Start with a free 15-minute phone or video consultation. We ask about the location, the kinds of belongings involved and your timeline. This helps us determine whether an in-home walkthrough is a useful next step.

Walk through the home together
We look at the contents and practical requirements, discuss family priorities and identify belongings that will be kept. You can explain concerns about access, deadlines or the sale process. The walkthrough helps us assess which approach may be appropriate.

Understand and agree on the plan
We discuss the recommended sale approach, responsibilities, preparation, schedule, fees and any additional coordination. Reporting, payment arrangements and plans for remaining belongings are addressed as part of the agreement. You can ask questions before deciding to proceed.

Prepare and market the approved belongings
We carry out the agreed sorting, pricing research, staging, photography, descriptions and marketing. Items the family is retaining are identified separately, and personal documents and photographs are set aside. Specialist options may be discussed for suitable pieces.

Manage the sale and buyer arrangements
We coordinate the sale, inquiries, transactions and pickups within the agreed scope. For an in-home sale, we plan visitor arrangements and the use of the home. We explain any access or other assistance needed from you in advance.

Report on the sale and agree on what remains
We provide final reconciliation and reporting, then coordinate any approved follow-up. Remaining belongings are considered according to your instructions and the available options. Any additional work is discussed before it is arranged.
Before the first conversation
You do not need a completed inventory or a fully sorted home. It helps to know the community, an approximate amount to sell and any important dates. Tell us about belongings already promised to family or listed elsewhere, and anything that needs particular care.
