An estate sale is an organized sale of personal belongings and household contents. It can include furniture, kitchenware, tools, books, art, collections and other suitable items from a home.
Estate sales can help during downsizing, relocation or the handling of a loved one’s belongings after a death. You can retain the belongings you want to keep and consider a sale for the items you are ready to release. The volume, condition and likely demand help determine whether a managed sale is appropriate.

We help organize the contents for sale, with belongings you wish to keep identified separately. Personal photographs, documents and sensitive items are set aside for the family or authorized representative. You remain involved in decisions about what is available for sale.
Pricing research and preparation
We research comparable items and relevant markets, then prepare suitable belongings through staging, photography and descriptions. Pricing recommendations are informed estimates; the final result depends on the items and buyer demand.
Marketing and managing the sale
We prepare sale information, coordinate inquiries and manage the agreed sale process. For in-home sales, this includes planning visitor arrangements and caring for the home during the event. We also coordinate transactions and pickup arrangements within the project scope.
Reporting and remaining belongings
After the sale, we provide a clear account of activity and discuss the belongings that remain. Further selling opportunities, donation, recycling or cleanout coordination may be considered with your approval. Additional work and any associated costs are discussed before arrangements are made.

Selling items yourself may be a practical choice if you have a manageable amount to sell, time to research and prepare it, and someone available to handle buyer questions and pickups. Some families also prefer to be closely involved in the selling process.
Professional support becomes worth considering when the work extends across several rooms, the family is coordinating from a distance, or preparation and buyer arrangements are difficult to fit around other responsibilities. It can also help when you want a consistent plan and a company to manage the selling tasks.
