Scope of services
Harbourlight manages personal property and household contents. We do not sell or appraise real estate, provide certified appraisals, or offer legal, tax or probate advice. Market research informs recommendations; item values, sale proceeds and timelines are not guaranteed. Project scope and fees are confirmed separately after consultation.
Marketplace inquiries
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Submitting an inquiry does not complete a purchase, hold an item or reserve a pickup time. Harbourlight must confirm availability, the total payable including any applicable taxes, condition, sale terms and pickup arrangements before a transaction proceeds. This website does not accept payments.
Auction catalogues
Auction pages and manually entered values are information only. An interest form is not a bid, bidder registration or a binding agreement. Where an external auction provider is used, its confirmed registration process and sale terms apply. This website does not select winners or process bids.
Condition and inspection
Pre-owned belongings may show wear. Read the photographs, descriptions and condition notes and ask questions before agreeing to buy. Descriptions and estimates are provided in good faith but may be corrected as further information becomes available. Any inspection opportunities, warranties, returns or final-sale conditions must be confirmed in the individual sale terms before purchase.
Pickup and visiting a sale
Pickup windows, transport, lifting assistance, parking and property access depend on the sale. Confirm arrangements before travelling. Do not attend a private residence outside published sale hours or a confirmed appointment. Exact addresses may be withheld until authorized for public release.
Updates and availability
Listing status can change. Individual sale policies contain the arrangements relevant to that sale; ask Harbourlight to clarify anything that appears inconsistent before proceeding. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
